I would have thought, after the second walk, that they would have pulled Pierce, but I think they were trying to show confidence in him, and let him get through the sixth. Ah well... let's get the hot sticks and get this one back, guys!

Dagnabbit... chance for a big inning slips through their fingers. Walk followed by a couple singles to score one, then Burleson grounds into a double play to end the inning. Headed to the T7, 8-2 CSUB.

After a walk, a triple, and a sac fly to score 2, the Huskers get through the rest of the inning. Heading to B7, 10-2. Think I'm going to log off for a bit. Getting a tad bit depressing, and I think the whole family finally woke up from napping. Have full all!
