Hawkins faces 4 batters & gone - 1 BB & 1 HB, but Lubbach throws runner out trying to steal. Pitching still seams to be an issue.

Wow! King can not get out of the 5th, he serves up 5 singles and is replaces by Bummer. At this rate we will go tough 7+ pitchers today!

3 costly errors in one inning. late inning rally falls short. huskers lose 6-5.

Husker get 13 hits, but lose 6-5. Other than Josh Roeder, the pitching was horrible.

2 errors were on Kalkowski with runners on first. Tough plays when you are moving off the base and your pitcher is throwing fastballs. We went through 4 pitchers who could not throw strikes. Because if this Iowa sat on the fast ball. Very poor pitching effort!
