Miles is one of those guys who when things are going well, he smiles and will celebrate with his guys. But when things need to turn around, he lets them know.
Some coaches, like Doc, seemed to always be pissed and nothing was good enough. Miles does a good job of letting the guys know when they need to be better.
It is less than a season in. But, if Miles can continue to grow, I think we have a nice future in front of us.
