For everyone (this includes me) crying about the lack of commitment Nebraska has made to their basketball teams over the years, this facility is a HUGE step forward. We are no longer the embarrassing ugly stepchild of basketball facilities in the Big Ten - or any other conference, for that matter. This is a heck of a facility. Tack on Haymarket Arena in a couple of years and we'll have facilities on par with the top tier.

The place just looks amazing. I think this is the type of thing, combined with the new arena, that will seal the deal with some of the recruits that may have been on the fence before.

The facility does look amazing. I now would like to play bball for the University of Nebraska.... Not that I didn't before, but now I really do.
