The travel is the only bad thing about playing Wis, but it would be an awesome finish to a season. The Iowa game is perfect for the fans, of both teams. If Iowa doesn't want the rewards of being on national TV, on a light football schedule day, that will help their recruiting, then get rid of them. Basketball doesn't bring in the revenue that all schools need, that we all know comes with football. I would rather see Iowa St in the B1G. At least they try and compete each and every week, no matter who the opponent is. Will never happen, but they gave us some good games numerous times. I never thought one way or the other about Iowa, but now I am really starting to dislike them. GBR!!!

its not about valuing playing on friday over finishing with iowa. we made an agreement to play on friday. We didnt bully them into doing it. If u didnt want to do it then you shouldnt have agreed to it in the first place. If you didnt think about the possibility of getting ur asses handed to you then you're all idiots. We're nebraska.
