I saw a BTN show on the 1995 Orange Bowl - Neb vs Miami where before the game, TO told his players not to stoop to Miami's thug level - don't retaliate with a punch b/c it's not going to do anything to player in pads and a helmet. Sure enough in the 3rd qtr, a Miami player started something, Nebraska backed off and Miami got a 15 yard penalty.

Yep, actually he was telling all of the players this at halftime. He said we were in better condition and Miami was getting tired and if we held our compsure, they would strike out and he was right!
