I love that now NIL is basically just the old system of paying players under the table...only it will be on the table.  

So now instead of lying about paying players they will just be lying about how much the player is "worth" so that they can get it pushed through.

Except that the review will be done by an outside group from Deloitte and they have external benchmarks they will be using for deal valuations.
