Yeah, hat is completely different (that's attached to the head in mascot world), nose is noticeably more human-like, ears are different, hair is different, face is thinner.

Hmm... You guys may be right. I thought the cheek bones were more pronounced, but here's a pic from the 2009 Florida Atlantic game that looks pretty much like the "new" Herbie from twitter:

Herbie looks great... and by Herbie.. i mean that young ladies tank top fillers.

I thought that was Melissa Midwest at first.
