A blind lawyer with legitimate 'supernatural' abilities that lives and fights crime in the ghetto (not to mention in a low-budget, half-hearted movie made during a completely different cultural context) verse a billionaire playboy with ninja training and unlimited funds towards sweet gadgets?

I will fully acknowledge it was a further stretch for heath from his roles to The Joker, but there isn't much to compare between Affleck's try as Daredevil and the Batman character besides the very broad category of "superhero".

The point I made was the Ledger complaints were pretty baseless. As you've demonstrated, it takes an effort to try to convince yourself the complaints about Affleck are as well.
