San Antonio is pretty awesome, so is South Padre Island.

They beat USC, that was really awesome.

Their '05 team played in one of my favorite games to watch ever just for the love of college football in the '06 Rose Bowl/BCS National Championship game.

 
They grow football players like we grow soybeans. You know... maybe not our #1 export, but up there.

ZZ Top. Okay, stuff after Eliminator was not as good. But whatever. The guys make a lot of neat noise with three dudes.

Last time I was in Texas, and this has been a few years ago, so maybe it's changed... as long as you weren't driving the car, you could drink. That's pretty special right there. Nothing like watching vast fields of nothing roll by while knocking back a few American macrobrews.

FYI - GW Bush was born in New Haven, Conneticut. Not a native Texan. That could be good, that could be bad... I ain't here to argue either way.

They did a great job vs UCLA's dynamic passing attack. And they made UCLA's pistol running attack look fantastic too.

austin does seem like a pretty sweet town, with a good music scene, and tons of hipsters. so, austin helps keep pbr afloat.

 
They have the Spurs and San Antonio is a sweet town(and we own the AlamoDome).

Matt Hill chose to spend his college career riding the pine down there instead of Lincoln.

And any Bevo head looks good hanging from a wall.

AP ut 5 - KSU 1

USA ut 31 - KSU 0 and

1) They are considering changing campus building names to no longer be named after KKK founders, who gave pro-klan speeches on campus.

2) They have not cheated to win games yet this season.

3) They have not decimated the MLK statue on campus for the last few months.
