up-tempo spread. Who says that isn't physical? What brand of offense *isn't* physical? Battles on the lie occur at every snap. I've never understood what people consider "unmanly" about an offense that lines up fast and continually hits the defense in the mouth, at different pressure points on every play.

It's like how the Wildcat in the NFL is a power formation.

No doubt. I felt like last year Carl was too balanced/conservative as a coach but even now, I feel like we play on our heels. The defense is fine with some big time playmakers a la Suh but right now, we just don't have that. Compton is about the only guy I feel 100% confident in...
