when we were up 17-3 I half jokingly said I hope we put 60 on them.

Never could I have imaged them putting 60 on us. Seems like 5hrs ago. And now it's possible

Two weeks to get ready for what is pretty much a one-dimensional offense, with a bit of play action thrown in there, and this is what we get?

 
The people on here that make excuses for this staff and team year after year can partially thank themselves for this

Since I have no tv or radio access right now, the last I heard we were tied.

Now it's a damned blowout? Again?

Gee, a running team is going to run at the defense. Let's prepare for that and see how it works.

Another embarrassing blowout. I live in Wisconsin! This is going to be a rough week. Again!

 
I think Pelini is gone after this. An NCAA rushing record for a single game. A team that can't throw the ball...one guy with an X on his back that you had to account for and he goes for 400+?

There are over a hundred FBS football programs that play roughly 13 games apiece....and yet we are the team setting records for ineptitude every season. No one doubts the talent we have on this roster, which means there is one place to point the finger.

I'm not angry...I think I quit being angry about this kind of performance at some point because it's no longer a new feeling. But when the broadcasters are beside themselves with how bad the team looks and calls out the coaching staff for putting an embarrassing product on the field, things have gotten unmanageable.

No, we are not a dominant program and we have not really been nationally relevant since the beginning of the century, but the fans of this program deserve something much more. People have called us an entitled fan base, and they're absolutely right. We are entitled to a competitive football program. We are entitled to being able to watch our team play in high profile games WITHOUT being unequivocally embarrassed. We are entitled to having a coaching staff that prepares our athletes to succeed on the field.

This game is the final nail in the Nebraska program I am afraid. Beyond belief. Beyond reason. Pathetic.

I have to go to a party tonight with a bunch of Wisconsin fans.

The only answer is more cream puffs.

Anyone figure out another thread so we can get in the Playoff yet?
