LJS writers aren't on afternoon shows today either; this was probably put out to the media quite a bit earlier than when it was released. 

I think this was a pretty open secret with the media over the last 24 hours. Saw some opining about a restructured deal earlier today. Jack Mitchell (local radio guy) noted that Frost amending talk of next year with "I hope we get it" was a tip-off. 

I think Trev probably put out feelers regarding the buyout, got negative feedback, then went to Frost with a deal.
