Can someone explain why a billionaire is laying off staff?  Is he paying them during the layoff?

Probably so they can actually draw unemployment... lots more companies are going to be doing that if the paid leave bill gets passed...

So why would a guy who from a party who wants to cut social programs layoff his workers to collect unemployment and suck off the gubments teat, when he could probably pay most of their salaries by himself?

Just from what I saw...it is that you can basically get booze through the drive-thru (or make shift drive-thru) at all restaurants and pizza places.

I did not see anything on delivery stuff.
