I know President Obama is not particularily popular here but he is the President and the office deserves respect.

I am incredibly disturbed by a product being advertised on TV called the 'Chia Obama" it is at best disrespectful and at most blatantly racist. The company promoting this product should be boycotted by all.

I hope you all agree with me.

No, but now every joke against Obama is considered "racist". It's going to get annoying real quick. There are alot of other things to worry about, like, I don't know....the fact the country is $6,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 in debt (a slight exaggeration), or how to approach the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, or what to do with social security, or how to reconstruct the banking industry, or.........

 
Was there a Bush, Sr. Chia? Was there a Clinton Chia? Was there a W. Bush Chia? No, no, and no. Would there be a McCain Chia if he had won? I think not. The only reason there is an "Obama Chia" is because of the way his hair grows and the way his hair grows is determined by his ethniscisity. I will be the first to stand up and say that far too many things are determined to be racist, but this? Sorry it just plain stinks and is disrespectful to the man and the office.

If you don't like it, don't buy it, and don't buy any other products this manufacturer makes. The market will determine whether it is continued or not.
