The problem with riley and his staff

this is the nature of college football. You make a coaching change to win NOW. Not commence some sort of rebuilding process. Football is more about scheme and mindset than is pure talent than it ever was.

Understandable about the talent difference, but it does show that a coach like Mcelwain can come in and change the culture of the football team quickly.

Don't think it's arrogance, but there is a general lack of sense. It's starting feel like Riley came here because he refused fire some ACs at Oregon State. We came knocking and now it's our problem.

Riley's game management skills are the worst I've seen. I've seen Frank, Bill, and Bo.
