The two were joined by the president’s senior adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
The following day, Adelson went to an event where he talked with Abe about casinos. After years of debate, Japan finally decided to legalize casinos, opening a new market that experts say could be worth $25 billion per year.
After Adelson talked to Abe, Trump invited the prime minister to his Florida golf resort Mar-a-Lago. It was that weekend where the president suggest the Japanese government allow Adelson’s company to build a casino, according to the report by ProPublica published Wednesday.

PS: I know Trump didn't admit to 'tax evasion" in the debate. But he was pretty open about not paying his fair share made him smart. Funny thing though, he didn't call NATO countries not paying their fair share "smart". Pretty sure he had another adjective in mind...

So...let's look at this even farther.
Trump criticizes Obama for holding a rally when Sandy was making landfall.
Trump holds a rally while Micheal makes landfall.
Now.....his excuse was.....Well, I don't want to disappoint the people. (puke emoticon).
Not only did he hold a rally where he feels praised by his worshipers, he then spends all day yesterday with two high profile celebrities who he invited to the White House for photo ops where they praise him heavily.
The hypocrisy is oozing so much in all of this it must be blinding his followers.
I'm assuming HN1 has no comment.

and, when did these "rallies" become a thing? It seems like we've never left the campaign period...
between the rallies themselves, travelling to and from the last one to the next one, weekends at "the club", and incessant tweeting, when does the President actually attend to Presidential business?

thanks for the history lesson...
I know that stumping during mid-terms for your party's candidates is common, or at least since 1923...but was addressing the constant cycle since almost immediately after the general election.
