The Republican Utopia

We all know that I am the biggest anti-gun guy around and that for the most part I am the only one that really seems to understand that guns are stupid.

But, this is clearly a guy that is getting attacked first.

Here is what SHOULD happen.

The weirdo screaming in his face.  Jail time

The weirdo that hit him.  Jail time

The weirdo with the gun.  Jail time.  

Somehow, all of us that post here have been able to go our entire lives without screaming in someones face, without punching a stranger and without carrying and then pulling out our gun.

Which means those dorks can also manage to not do those things.

Maybe I’m the only one thinking this, but the word staged comes to mind when I watch that video.   
no one tries to take his hood off when “attacking” him

no one really lands any punches when he is “attacked”

then dude pulls out a gun and we have like three people walking towards the dude with a gun and walking as if they don’t have a care in the world.   
No posts with law enforcement eventually catching the dude with a gun posted here?

Strange.   But if it’s not staged, the people who “attacked” him should get assault charges and if the gun dude is breaking the law by brandishing a gun he should get charged.

Okay, I also thought it was weird how some of the people were just standing there and a few were even walking towards him when he pulled out the gun.

Maybe I am just a giant huge sissy but I would have beat Carl Lewis in a race when that gun came out.

🔒 California Penal Code Section 417 – "Brandishing a Weapon"


  • It is a crime to draw or exhibit a firearm (loaded or unloaded) in a rude, angry, or threatening manner, or to use it in a fight, unless it’s in lawful self-defense.
  • This applies to handguns, rifles, shotguns, and even replica weapons.

  • Battery: California Penal Code § 242
    → Unlawful use of force or violence on another person.
    → Misdemeanor: Up to 6 months in jail and/or $2,000 fine.
  • Assault: California Penal Code § 240
    → Attempt or threat to use force.
    → Even raising your fist can count as assault.


1. Criminal Threats – California Penal Code §422


  • It is illegal to willfully threaten to harm or kill someone, either verbally, in writing, or electronically, if the threat is credible and causes the victim to fear for their safety.
  • This is a felony or misdemeanor ("wobbler") and can lead to jail or prison time.


2. Assault – Penal Code §240


  • You don’t need to hit someone for assault. If you scream threatening things close to their face and they believe they’re about to be harmed, it can count as assault.


3. Harassment or Disturbing the Peace – Penal Code §415


  • Yelling threats or insults in public that provoke violence or disturb others may be charged under disturbing the peace.



Anyone saying that the actions of those dorks in that video was "okay" is a moron.
