1. Criminal Threats – California Penal Code §422

2. Assault – Penal Code §240


  • You don’t need to hit someone for assault. If you scream threatening things close to their face and they believe they’re about to be harmed, it can count as assault.


3. Harassment or Disturbing the Peace – Penal Code §415


  • Yelling threats or insults in public that provoke violence or disturb others may be charged under disturbing the peace.



Anyone saying that the actions of those dorks in that video was "okay" is a moron.

You might want to file charges in the right state though 

 
Both images are real.

But it was obvious that Trumps attempt to inflate his ego with a military parade was embarrassing for him and for the country, so it's not necessary to assume they're doctoring images. It was so bad that's not really necessary.

The picture on the right was obviously taken during the parade. So, if there were as many people there as are pictured on the left, when is that?  Before the parade then everyone left?   
 

No…..there have been many pictures of the crowd on the internet. Not one of them that I’ve seen show that many people.
