Yes that was kind of my head scratching thought also. People watch Fox - Fox says nothing negative about the bill - therefore people are positive about the tax bill - Those people who listen to Fox.That is a quote that maybe should be watched and put into context. I can't tell if Mulvaney is saying "Foxnews is the only place that is talking about the truth and how great it is"..... or...."Every other news source is honest about the bill and Fox isn't".
If there is bad news about the bill it needs to be aired. And the reverse is true - the other networks should air the positives - give us both sides of the issue and let us determine. Now the bill may be 75% bad and that is why there is so much 'negativity' on the other networks, but I don't think the bill is 100% good where people will automatically be positive to it as they listen to Fox. So if Listening to Fox = automatic positive feelings - then my only conclusion is that Fox is leaving something(s) out.
