The Big Red have put together the WEST COAST ALLSTARS for a run at the Big 12.I myself think that most people will be stunned when Ross goes over 150 yards on 30 carries this weekend.....I also believe that Joe D will run the ball alot this weekend as well.

The west coast O in the hands of athletic mobile QBs is a very scary thing....Steve Young comes to mind, Mizzou is trying to run a version of it in Columbia(they would never admitt it)and look at the mobility of Smith.

Joe Dailey will get more open runs than Carter's got liver pills...I also believe that the options plays out of the shot gun formation will still be in the package and the fullback is goin to catch alot of balls this year....I have a ton of faith in Joe D making something out of nothing (busted plays), and thats what make a great college QB.

The Oline looks to be young but I'm goin to go out on a limb and say that they may be the bests we have had since 2001...this won't show till week 3 or four but look for these guys to gell...and look for Murtha to get in late in the early games(if healthy), simply because this staff knows this kid has got to have his mind on football or it will be transfer city(golphers).

The recievers are a bit of a question mark to me, but the speed is there and I will concede that BC knows more about the talent than I.Speed tho, that is the key say we will see....if Joe D can hit a third of the wide open WR/TE players that Lord missed last year , LOOK OUT BIG 12.The KSU game comes to mind when you talk about missing wide-open recievers...imagine tha score with a decent QB in the game for the Big Red.Tight end looks good this year as well......

Well, ALL in ALL, it looks like a 9-2 year with a little luck and a solid year outa the D

Can't wait to get at Mizzou and KSU this year as well as put an end to CU .The trip to TT has many worried . but I look at the Defenses in that game and we should have a big edge there...I don't give them as big an edge in the Offense as most , mainly because of the points i mentioned above, that leaves us with special teams and we got to be a slightly better team there...a win 28- 24...ball control and play action stuff wins it.

intresting review Arm. so who do you have us losing the 2 to? only OU and KSU I assume? me thinks it might be more like 7-4. such a rock and roll ride with the WCO with allthe changes that have gone on I think even a .com bowl appearnce would be huge. the thing i look for is for us to be competitive in EVERY game and not look like we are just outhustled and unconditioned. that was what really hurt last yr.

Well I like your enthusiasm....but I can't see 4 losses...No way we lose to TT or Mizzou....they simply will not do it.....this is a 10-3 ballclub not a 3 and 10....if T O was at the helm people would have us in the top 15 in the country and a favorite to win the North...I happen to think this coaching staff is VERY....Very good, that alone is worth a game or two....I also know we have better players up and down our 2 deep when you compare them to TT or Mizzou...and last but not least...you touched on the fact that we slid in some games late....this coaching staff will put an end to that....No way BC ever loses to Mizzou with a 4th quarter meltdown like we saw last year...........9 wins maybe more but none less

 
After what I saw yesterday....I can't see anyway we lose to Texas Tech...and Oh by the way K State Looked like sh#t agin a terrible team...Sproles had 42 carries, he won't keep that up without an injury...they are not nearly as good as last year.....Mizzou's vaunted defense was gettin pushed around for3 quarters by what most Missouri fans would agree may have been the worst team ever to play at Faurot Field......Texas Tech really struggled and CU had to hang on agin CSU...

I told you guy that we win 9 games and I really like that pick now...How bout Ya'll?

 
Man this season is going to be fun. You have to wonder if were going to have any off games. I mean really bad games when we can't get anything going. What is that type of game going to look like. Can we still put up a W??? I think its tough to gauge now because all teams will make the biggest adjustments and improvements between their first and second games.

 
Anyone still think that Lord was a better QB than Joe D?....Does anyone believe we would have lost to Missouri with Joe as our starter last year?Anyone want to tell me getting rid of Solich was a mistake....Solich should be under investigation for point shaving...look at the talent his just left on the bench...I will never forget the 7-7 season and why...so we could be loyal to Jamaal Lord...F@ck Frank Solich....he put us thru that crap cuz he was lazy and so was the rest of the staff...they were all to busy telling us how great the team was in the 90's....hey Frank...thanx for nothing...and F@ck off! ! !

I can not believe a team with as much talent as this squad is not ranked....sorry for this post but if you sit down and think about what solich did to us over the last 3 seasons...well I got to go

 
Depending on how the season goes and ends up, your post might hold a great deal of water. Just a little too early yet for me. But after the first game therewas certainly a shift in attitude.
