Gee I wonder what questions those recruits might have? Mild curiosity about the coaching situation perhaps? I dont see them sending Warren out to tell these gus " Well, i really have no idea who the next coach is or even if i'll be here next month, any other questions?"

More likely, " Guys we have some really exciting news about to break and Im still going to be in Lincoln as well so stay around"

Hey sock. Getting worried. Is the rumor that Tressell doesn't want the job via twitter rumor a red herring? Hearing a lot of buzz around Patterson.

I want Tressell and frost. Can you provide any more info ?

 
Tressel would be perfect, we can't risk hiring Frost as HC. We need a guy with experience (better yet B1G experience) and who has won before. Tressel won a NC in his second year at OSU and his record against ranked teams was 34-15. I just hope SE makes the right decision and gets Tressel here to coach.

 
As far as the other candidates go, some of them have proven they can win, but who has proven they can win consistently on the national level? Nobody is as accomplished as Tressel.

 
We need to corner Alvarez and get him to talk. I'm guessing when SE says this is a one man show, he means Alvarez is whispering in his ear what to do. He is probably moonlighting and pulling the strings for UNL anyway. First gets us into the B1G, then gets us an AD...next is a head coach.

With all the press coming out of Lincoln and Husker fanatics "stalkers" lurking around every corner with camera phones why no pictures?

No pictures, no autographs, nobody that had an actual conversation with the guy, no pictures of the plane, was nobody else on that plane? No airport staff talking about seeing him....etc.

A lot of different sources claim to have spotted him but I've currently seen zero physical evidence he was actually here.

I am pulling for it to be true but I'd love to see a lot more smoke right now.

It's like seal team 6 escorted him in and out of Lincoln or something.

I didn't see the local news...

Did anybody get double tapped in Lincoln yesterday?

We have as many photos of Tressel in town yesterday as we have BCS wins under Bo. Maybe we should fire the rumor-mongers.
