Without disclosing any information will the majority of us have the same reaction?

I think so. Maybe not initially but I think once the initial announcement fades and people start to realize the staff being pieced together I think Nebraska fans can unite behind staff

I concur with your sentiment. His agent said he hasnt been contacted "by Nebraska". More importantly there was no statement made toward interest one way or the other. Is Tressel interested or not? I would think if he wasnt interested that would be made abundantly clear.

I'd prefer it be said "Tressel IS interested" rather than "was".

all i've been told was it was definitely not tressel Yesterday morning. If things changed I'd be surprised. Tressel was interested. Could still be interested. I dont know.

If you do know something but you're not going tell us....some might take the smiley face as rubbing our noses in it.

Not over analyzing, you spoke in past tense as in he was interested in the job and now not so much. If you said he IS interested that would be present tense and that he is currently interested. I'd prefer that he is interested rather than he used to be but may not be now.

From what I've been told from my boss who played and worked with some players from the 80's they said to look for half time at the Creighton v Lincoln game for the announcement. He also mentioned that big money boosters are on board with Tressel/Frost.
