Mangino would be a massive upgrade. Now get rid of the waste of space Pap....and at least changes are made. Still will be on the fence and not very excited...because of the man at the top. I just don't see Pelini having a "come to a Jesus" with himself and realizing his scheme, his player management, culture needs fixed. Don't see it happening...

We are past that point. Bo won't change, and Mangino brings enough of an ego for it not to work. Going it to this year? Would have been dammed interesting.

We probably are past the point. But I could see myself stepping back a bit if Bo made big changes. And it would definitely have to be hiring coordinators and position coaches with proven track records of recruiting and on-field success. I could give him 2 years additional.

Moraine seems way too smart for that, though. She wouldn't want her name and work information to be publicly shared to an internet lynch mob so she would probably gut it out...then post some questionable "random hotness" picz after.
