I'm sure we all remember the unfortunate Iowa band member who TOTALLY saw the Nebraska players disrespect the Iowegian tradition of The Wave.

Apparently identifying things that didn't happen is another Iowegian tradition, because this guy - who needs no introduction because apparently everyone in Nebraska knows him - said this today:

Edit: Holy crap I actually know him lol. He's the boyfriend of one of my best friends at UNL. He's actually a pretty cool guy and will probably think this thread is hilarious when I show him :laughpound

UNL grad and grew up in Nebraska so maybe someone knew him from before?  His story doesn't seem likely since he's only been on Hawkeyeinsider since August.

He was an Intern for Husker Online (Rivals), and was routinely on their podcast for the Q/A portion.

IIRC, he also was proud (like, bragged about it) of paying like $300 for a pair of Big Baller Brand shoes. lol

 
He’s just trying to draw attention, right ? The story has 1 comment on it. Maybe he’s about to get fired and needs clicks.

Seems like something a bored 16 year old would tweet...just craving that attention and just as quick to respond to all ~10 responses.
