heard yesterday that the gas station that i bought my powerball ticket from sold a $200,000 winner.

win i checked my numbers, i found out that

IT WASNT ME

I have a theory about the lottery though.

I don't think that the same 6 numbers have ever been picked twice. The odds are too high for that. And there's probably been close to a thousand powerball drawings since it started...so if you can take away those combinations of numbers, you could better your odds of picking the correct 6.

Although I guess it'd probably only increase your odds by .01%

but still.... :)

actually it's not too bad. Powerball has all the winning numbers online for the past however many years. You can just copy and paste them all into a word document or spreadsheet. Then just look for numbers that aren't there. For example do a search for 3-6-11-26-32-33. If those don't show up in the spread sheet...then you've increased your odds.
