When we moved up in that draft I screamed for a solid minute. I was at a bunch of girls place which had become an impromptu draft party and they were not impressed. Since then I have been all for the failure of Jacksonville to get better draft picks. Blaine has been thee worst thing to happen to Jacksonville EVER!
He's just awful. I flipped then too but I had one friend who scolded me publicly that Gabbert was a great pick. So much for that.
My supervisor while I was in high school worked security at Jacksonville for three years. He laughed at me when he found out I was a fan. He said even fans hated the team for the most part. He hit on cheerleaders all the time and said they loved him because fans would get out of control all the time.
The other thing that makes me angry is not winning the division and having to go one the road in a divisional game at 13-3! WTH! That is one thing the NFL needs to fix.
I guess we were 12-4 when we play at New England in 2005. It is still a shame we had to go to 9-7 New England that year because 13-3 Colts won the division!
I am young myself, but Jacksonville has been my team since the start of my professional football fandom.
the actual act of contracting a veneral disease is quite enjoyable, it becomes uncomfortable after the fact....such as playing this game again. none the less, I do look forward to NU-UGA the Sequel.
