This might explain a few things about the "BlackShirts"

Several years ago I was out in Mich State country after the 63-36 CU game and they were calling them the "Black Skirts". It's hard to have a come back after a 63-36 game like that.

I must confess the photo does remond me of the "black skirts" comment. It still hurts.

As a side not their form is wrong. Not any better than their ability to perform the fundamentals on the football field.

Posting this picture wasn't a good idea in my opinion. It was taken at Halloween two years ago, and I for one thought it was hilarious. Putting stuff up like this isn't good with all the crap the team is going through, and I don't want these guys to look back at their time at Nebraska and be bitter about the way it all ended. Let's support these guys.

Also, I want to go on the record and say that I too miss my college keggers..........and to think, it was only a year ago that I was throwing those.

Yeah, oposing fans could get ahold of this and spread it all over other boards. I don't blame the oposing fans, I blame the nebraska fans who decided to be stupid. Anyone pay any attention to what happened to tebow? Got thousands of calls including death threats with just a phone number, with an embarassing picture like this who knows how far they could go with it. With our luck this year the picture will end up on ESPN.

That picture makes me realize how young they are. You think about football players and you think of men. That helmet and those pads sure does hide youth.

There are probably pictures of players from every School in D-I on Facebook or Myspace somewhere. I'm sure this isn't the only picture of Nebraska football players having a good time and it won't be the last and they haven't been blown out of proportion before...
