We endured a similar situation over 20 years ago, and the right decisions were made but we took way too long to recommend the appropriate changes back then. This time it was far easier to get to a quick consensus - three years of steady embarrassment on and off the field certainly helped.
 

Enjoy the season. The program is in good hands - no money will be wasted this time. Expect exciting and positive news releases on 11/27 and 12/3 with regards to changes and upgrades.
