Went from a Power 5 too FCS, good work.  I guess at least he ended somewhere.  A ton of guys in the portal end up and home doing nothing.  Like most things in life, the portal is only good for a blessed few.

Two of the best football players of all time and arguably the best at their positions went to FCS schools.  Not saying Grimes will turn out to be Jerry Rice but putting up solid numbers in FCS can get you drafted.  Seems like every year more players from lower Divisions get drafted.  Technology allows for more eyes to see film.

I agree, only thing stopping Cooper Kupp has been himself. Incredibly exciting watching him set records in college ranks and then carry that over to the NFL.
