Three goals for the Iowa State game

I'll keep it simple:

1. Rush for at least 175 yards

2. Hold them under 75 rushing yards

3. Complete at least five passes of 15 yards or more

We win by at least two TDs if we do these three things, IMO.

Score a first half touch down. I know that is a bit of a reach and sounds crazy but I've heard other schools are having a lot of success wiith it

One goal: have the offense show some serious life.

That is the ONE thing all Nebraska fans need right now. Please, please give it to us.

I saw it happen in another game I was watching the other day. I still don't quite understand how it works, but it did seem to give them a better chance to win in the end.

1. Redzone scoring-TD's and no stupid penalties

2. A balanced passing attack-vertical and shorter stuff with a fair amount going to the TE's.

3. At least 150yds on the ground with a real contribution from the qb.

this could end up being a tough game with Arnaud starting to look good, since he can run a bit he might isolate our DL a bit, which has been the thing keeping us in games the most.

All of mine will be on offense because I have no problems with the way the D has been playing:

1) Run the f'ing ball - don't give up on it just because we don't gain 35 yards per play. I'm so sick of Watson just abandoning the run because we don't gain huge chunks of yards each play. When Bo got to this program he said he wanted to have an offense that could run the ball with a physical run game. Bo, you might want to remind Watson and Cotton of this little tidbit.

2) No offensive penalties. Enough said.

3) Long drives that take up alot of time and end in a score. TDs are preferrable, but FGs are okay every once in a while.

1. Offensive Line remembers fundamentals.

2. A confident quick thinking quarterback.

3. Defense keep up the pace they've set.
