Milwaukee, WI -- A robber's greed led to his capture. Three thieves rear-ended a man driving through Milwaukee shortly after midnight Sunday, police said. When the man stopped, the three jumped from their car, demanded money from the man and told him they had a gun.

According to police:

The man then drove them to a cash machine and gave them $200. They demanded more. He drove to another cash machine and gave them another $200.

That satisfied two of the robbers, who took the money and left.

But the third demanded more.

The man then drove him to what he said was a third cash machine and told the robber to wait in the car while he got more money. The robber did.

The man went into the building, which was actually the District 3 Police Station, and told police what had happened. Police arrested the man in the car and are looking for the two other suspects.
