Not sure what the clown announcer is watching, but Kopps has the cutter dialed in and is struggling with his curve.  He's throwing the cutter the first pitch to every hitter pretty much

I agree. But, most of his first pitches have been low and in the dirt. I would prefer a few batters to let those be balls till he starts throwing strikes on first pitches. 

 
Curious if that was an intentional un-intentional walk for DP opportunity?
