This makes zero sense to me. Can anyone explain, trailing by 1, lead off double and no attempt to bunt him to third? Sure, Silva has the speed to score from 2nd if a hit happens but bunting him to third draws the infield in and opens up the offense. 

They won, hurray!! Can they get the series? Hope so but at this point I have zero confidence in this staff and these players. That said, helluva bomb by Cole. Congratulations to that young man!!

Back to back fantastic starts from the Huskers starting pitchers! Sears and Mason Mac were nails!! Both guys give up a solo shot to start game, then shut down the Hoosiers! Clark was brilliant out of the pen tonight and deserves a ton of credit! Offense is still an issue. One disastrous inning Friday, other than that, it has been 2 pretty good games by both teams. Let’s grab the series today!!
