Would like to see Beck stick around for Martinez's last year, and I want to see his offense run by Tommy Armstrong (since I think Armstrong is exactly the kind of QB Beck wants for his system.

Would that surprise you? If we do some firings, IMO some are warranted, the hires need to be "splash" hires for sure.
