I never like to see players leave the team. At least it was not on bad terms. I hope we don't get real thin at DB this year.

If he hadn't made the tacke, I think there was still another DB that could have made it, or a back-up D-lineman, or the 4th string punter, or one of the athletic trainers, or one of the kids who carries the towels, or one of the yell-squad members. They were all on the field when the takle was made.
