One thing I absolutely love about what Mike Riley and co. brought in is their social media skills. I think that is really under-appreciated. Recruits see it too.

It's not hard to do. I don't understand why all schools aren't equipped with social media pros for dealing with recruiting

Yep, we really own the state!!! Although we lost a couple in-state recruits to other schools, and they only went after Engelhaupt as a plan C or D. Funny that he doesn't mention that.
