Top 10 PRe-Game Traditions

I do think any Husker who makes the game should try to make it to midnight Yell. It REALLY is a great tradition. Just remember that when you hear us yell "Beat the Hell outta Nebraska" at the end of it, it's not personal :)

What the f#*k is ralphie doing at number 3. Yeah that gets me

fired up watching a dagnabit buffalo going in circles.

 
I know right? There are tons of teams that run their mascot? Hell....Texas runs their huge a$$ cow around...what's the big deal?

For the record, their cow has 2 interesting facts about it...

1. It was named Bevo after we branded 13-0 on it after one of our first wins over them

2. It is male...and it's been castrated.

btw I'm up at Col. Station all the time to go to parties and for Military Funerals. I'm in Honor Guard and perform the service ceremonies. Cool Campus!

But I guess we really can't say much because I think Lil' Reds' balls haven't dropped yet :)

Thanks for the compliment, I loved being a student there. NU's campus is pretty great as well, except your bell tower isn't tall enough ;)

But yeah, running a damn buffalo around the field, and if it makes people jump out of the way, that makes it unsafe, is just plain dumb.

Oh, and I've seen the Clemson run down the hill thing. It's like 10 feet tall. That sucks too. Props to NU for being the FIRST school to use the jumbotron and such to enhance the tunnelwalk!

 
Lol...little known fact:

15% of Nebraska Taxes go to improving the state's facilities, roadways, schools etc.

The other 85 goes to getting cooler sh#t at the stadium

(I'm kidding of course :) )

I don't think Bevo runs, just stands there and poops a lot. Ahhhhh some tradition there huh. I think it is pretty cool that Nebraska is in the top 10 considering the Tunnel Walk is a relatively new tradition compared to most of the other ones.
