Notice that just eight of the Top 20 players are from the North Division. Yeah, the South figures again to dominate the North this fall. The rankings aren't just based on past performance; I also took into account potential for growth. That's why a guy like Texas quarterback Colt McCoy is ranked so highly despite playing just one year.
