What really matters is PPG. If you can get under 11 average for a season, that is Top notch. If you go sub 10, that is best ever material, rare company.

You weren't the only one. I think the whole country thought he was "Coach in waiting" by default BECAUSE he never took a head job. Certainly he's been offered.
