Transfer Portal?

Want to know how Warner got a schooly to Kansas State? Read below.....it's not what you were expecting until you read it and then it makes complete sense...daddy did his job once again

Klieman was a GA and Assistant at Northern Iowa when Kurt Warner played there.
Ah yes and what prestigious division one program did you play for? For free.

Mostly because of OU giving the ball away so much. They finished with more losses than we did.
Giving the ball away is definitely one of the ways to lose a football game.

They also finished with more wins than we did...and they played 2 more games.

Tell you what, you do the math on win percentage with our record and theirs and you come on back and tell me what you found. I have banana stickers.

Are they scratch and sniff?

Why would I want to prove that K State had a better winning percentage? That's depressing.

It really is. Everything about it is.

This is like recognizing I don't want to live in a world where Iowa State and Iowa are Top-10, Top-15 teams and Nebraska is unrated. Its so painful when visiting with relatives and friends who live in that state.

But nothing new. Over the past 2 decades, they've been the better program.

I'll give you the last 10 years, sure. But over the last 20, the programs are almost identical:

KSU: 20 year winning %: .571 10 year winning %: .612

Nebraska: 20 year winning %: .590 10 year winning %: .540

I watched Wandal's media chat from yesterday after their scrimmage. In short:

- offense could be good

- busy installing it

- viewed himself as a utility player

- references Nebraska as "another school" about 4 times in 6 minutes

- weights 180 pounds. WTH!!!!!!!

- Says he feels stronger without actually saying he has gotten stronger

- scouts wanted to see him run routs from the outside and inside. Hence the real reason he left - scouts don't see him as an NFL RB (no s#!t is everyones reaction) and wants to run pass routes only for the NFL.

- uses the word "me" a lot

I have a feeling the departure from Nebraska was not a one sided conversation and not just between the head coach and player.
