From what I have gathered, many who have attended the Husker games in the past haven't had a problem getting tickets outside the stadium. You should be ok! :thumbs

Just go to the stadium and buy some.... you should eaisly get a pair for under $80 there is so many tickets around there. Walk on the side of the stadium with the press boxes (east side) and there are a lot over there.
