When I used to coach and now when I manage, I live by the rule that when have to chew someone out, it takes ten positive experiences to get back to where you were. 
 

Canadians are not going to forget this the minute someone else gets elected. 
 

Think about it, over half of America voted for this. So, why the hell would they get over it easily?

…….same with Europe….btw.

Yeah you’re not wrong.

I just mean… how obvious of a decision is that going to be for Democrats? It’s not going to happen overnight. It’s just ridiculously obvious because it’s so clear to everyone who isn’t hugging Trump’s nuts that what he’s doing is idiotic. Good luck finding anyone but the MAGA morons to admit picking a fight with Canada is a good use of our time.

Starting to repair our relationship has to be at the top of a new administration’s list and it’s a no brainer.

Canada hates US hockey and has...forever.  

And honestly, you can even agree to this, hockey is better WITH the fighting.

I know what you mean, but just for clarity..

77,302,580 people voted for Trump. There are 335 million people in this country, about 245 million of which are eligible voters. Only about 30% of America voted for this.
