Tons of stuff about Kennedy out there. By "lazy" I mean he just repeats things that are categorically untrue. When challenged he gets angry and lies. Most of this is vaccine related, but he's also been a defender of unregulated herbal remedies that have no scientific leg to stand on. I do side with him on deregulating hallucinogens.

He would have to be reelected during a special election.   If elected at that point, then the ethics committee investigation would become public.   I just don’t know that he wants that public and so wouldn’t enter the special election.   
 

 It who knows.   As of now, he is not a member of Congress which is a good thing

Agree on the good think.  I just heard a commentator state that since he was elected to the new term he could jump back in and that his resignation was only for this congress and even at that he could 'recant' and take it back.  Who knows what will happen.  Just glad he has been squeezed out.   Trump has much better alternatives.
