Like trying to tweet out a new constitutional amendment or tweet out a brag on not following a SCOTUS order or being so mentally whacked that no one knows who was actually running the country?   Those four years, well I guess you do have a point from before. 

Did tweeting a new constitutional amendment actually do anything you change the constitution? Did anything at all come of it? What about ism also doesn't change the fact it is happening again right now so if you were worried about that constitutional crisis you should really be worried about this one.

No.  I was making sure he poster knew the outbreak of TB was not a “Trump administration accomplishment” as was his implication.   Small outbreaks of disease like this happen from time to time regardless of administration.

TB is still the most deadly virus in the world, but was almost totally eradicated by aggressive and vigilant public health management in the U.S. for the last 100 years. So outbreaks like the recent one in Kansas happen, but they're still rare and worth monitoring.

The only way you can finger point on a TB outbreak — like other recent outbreaks of measles, mpox, and whooping cough — is if there are campaigns of misinformation to undermine faith in the public health system, discourage vaccinations, and mock and defund the experts. I don't know if one party does this more than the other, but maybe you can look into it.

If Musk and DOGE want to knock out a real big-ticket item, it looks like the State Department is prepared to spend $400 million on “armored” Teslas. Is that really necessary?
