The official attendance was just over 10,000, but it looked and sounded like about 2500. I think the "Got Frank?" excitement is gone. I understand there have been some injuries at Ohio, but Ohio had 7 fumbles (4 lost) in that game, and most of these weren't caused by hard hits. One guy, I think he was a returner, was carrying the ball so loosely that he ran into the back of a blocker moving away from him and the ball popped free.
Buffalo looked pretty good and has a chance to win the MAC East. The Nov 13 game (Thurs on ESPNU) will probably be for the division championship, and will probably also have a bowl game on the line. The MAC West is considerably stronger with Ball St, Western Michigan, Central Mich, and Northern Ill.
