Colter was in class of 2010, as was Kenny Bell. After Tyler Gabbert de-committed, NU was scrambling for another option at QB. NU went with Carnes, instead of Colter (who was interested).Pretty sure Colter's offer/scholly went to Cody Green-pending confirmation.
