U.S. House of Representatives served with a Grand Jury subpoena

There is as yet no information about this subpoena, so I'm not going to put it in any pre-existing thread. If it turns out it's related to any of the other topics already covered here I'll ask that it gets merged.

Has this ever happened before? I can't remember ever hearing about such a subpoena.

So I wonder how that works.  If the House doesn't comply, is it the Speaker who gets served or the Sargent?   I've never heard of this happening before.  

 
I was confused for a while.  So, the DOJ subpoenaed the House for a Grand Jury investigation.

I can't even think of what GJ investigation is going on right now.

 


Miller should be in jail right now.  Acting Sec of Def - was put in this position just to aid in the insurrection.
