It’s time for the FBS to get their report cards. Keep one note in mind: All grades are relative, meaning what might be a successful finish for one team would be a disappointment for another, and vice versa.

Here are grades for all 128 teams, ranging from the rare A+ through the worst mark of all — the dreaded F.
Huskers get a B-

Husker Opponents:

Fresno State: F

Wyoming: A-

Oregon: D

Northwestern: C+

Illinois: D+

Indiana: C-

Purdue: D

Wisconsin: A

Ohio State: A

Minnesota: B+

Maryland: B-

Iowa: B-

Tennessee: B-

B- ? They clearly don't read HuskerBoard. This team gets an F---- according to about half the people who post here.

It's a Z- during game threads.

I'd probably say an A for the first 7 games, and a D for the final 6.

Average it out to a C IMO.

I'd give the Huskers at least a solid B. The Wisconsin game was really close, but once our health at the QB position was seriously compromised, the season went off the rails. That wasn't too surprising, which isn't to say tOSU, Iowa, and the bowl weren't disappointing ways to finish.

Nine wins. Wooooooooooooooo! Next year is the year, until it's not. Then it'll be 2018.
Not 2018
2019!?
Question....
What do you enjoy about following a sports team?
Answer: winning. You?
OK...we won more than we lost this year. So...I'm assuming you mean winning championships.

All of us would love to have multiple championships over the last 15 years. But, you do realize that's a rare thing right? So, are you able to actually enjoy a sports team in years where then win more than they lose even though they don't win a championship?

Is it a rare thing to win in a division that has teams less talented than you? I enjoy seeing progress. I haven't seen much on the field or in recruiting.

On the field, the Huskers won more against the teams they had no business losing to last year. I'm not sure this is really a ringing endorsement of progress though. They then got blown out by Ohio St and Iowa (Iowa being a team that is far less talented than Nebraska), looked bad against Tennessee, and finished 2-4.

Recruiting will probably be in line with Nebraska's average the last few years. Not horrible, but nothing that will help to win championships.

I guess I'm just not overly enthused about this staff. There are definitely some good position coaches, but the two coordinators don't impress me at all. I think I have more hope with Langsdorf, but Banker is horrible. This defense will never be good as long as he is coordinator here.

I'm just asking because I find it interesting when a fan does nothing but make snide remarks, be sarcastic, ridicule things happening in the program...etc.

It must just be horrible being a Husker fan for you right now.

HAHA! The game threads, from what I have seen, are so funny because they are so negative!
The game threads are super funny to read. If NU gives up a 5 yard pass, it's a bunch of freak outs about how our DB's aren't Lockdown U!!!
