I'm a blast tbh. Was very optimistic this morning tbh. Really thought we'd win. Been a fan for an incredibly long time. Blessed to have seen the glory days from the 80's and on. Know we can be great again. Know we are not even close. Dana will never have success in the B1G as an OC. Not in his DNA. But yet, I know good football and bad. Not going to polish a turn and call it an Easter egg. Wins is all that matters. All the other accolades don't mean squat. Kids don't want to play for the best pass D in FBS. They want to play for a winning program that puts guys in the NFL. But hey, you do you. Enjoy the loss.

I will disagree. His play calling had to change with our bad o-Line. We need to fire Riola & get some o & d lineman in the portal. We are getting beat in the trenches every week.
 
Plenty of passing teams win championships. Plenty of running teams do too.

Neither of these two teams playing tonight will. Beating USC and MN by 3 or 7 would be great and all, but puts us no closer to championship level.

We need upgrades that let us beat both by 20-30 points. Running or passing.

Cignetti is winning with line play at Indiana. Losing 3 linemen before and during this game is probably your loss vs win. More so than DR going out.

The lines need depth of 4* players on the lines. The worst positions to lose when passing are tackles. So we lost 3 in the last couple weeks. A run stopper in the middle is needed to run the 3-3-5. But do we even have the depth or players needed to run a 4 or 5 man D front?

There are plenty of skill players here now. Time to buy some big uglies for the trenches. Like ST, it will cause a big jump in play all around.

Can't disagree with Donnie going. He's had some of these guys for 4 years and they are rough at best. I think Rhule is married to the 3-3-5, but Butler is not. His one year record as DC at PSU is not great when looked at few years before and after. His was the worse. Good OC's can cover up poor play. Dana has no answer to a D stacking the box. Counters or traps in the running game. Quick slants in the passing game. I thought we were done with the horizontal passing game when Frost left, but I guess we are not. If I never see HH line up under center again it will be too soon. Everyone knows what it will be and fools no one.

We are bowling. Three more games to go. And it was another great moral victory as we were not embarrassed on national tv. Hoping the 60 recruits saw that almost every position on the field was open to be at least in the 2 deep and a lot of spots be the 1....Blackout was awesome. Would love it every year tbh.

Im giving butler a pass this year, due to the young undersized line. i will agree that with the players we have, we need go to 4 man front. Not with a lb, another lineman
